A scenic train ride through the Rocky Mountains sounded like fun, so we booked a two-ride ticket on the Rocky Mountaineer from Denver to Moab and spent an extra day in Moab. This train ride is not meant to go anywhere fast. The point of this train ride is to slowly wind its way through a very scenic route through the mountains.
