Use and document 3rd Party Room Correction scripts, which can be used with MultEQ to provide "better" room correction. (Some links to some tools: A1 Evo Neuron, A1 Evo Acoustica, A1 Evo Express, A1 Evo MJ Custom, NVEXX Audyssey Optimization Tool, Audyssey Web Editor. Some of these may be dead.
Work to further optimize the bass response of the room, including optimizing the transition between the subwoofer and base layer speakers. This can be accomplished using a MiniDSP 2x4 HD and the Multi-sub optimizer software tool.
While considered less impactful, measure the surround speakers.
