Galley Ovens
(Click on Picture to Bring Up Full Image)

This galley area functioned as the primary baking and cooking station, featuring a series of industrial ovens stacked in double tiers along the wall. The ovens appear to be combination convection and steaming units, designed for high-volume baking of various foods and preparation of roasted dishes. The stainless steel work table in the foreground provided space for loading and unloading baked items.
The compact arrangement maximized cooking capacity within limited shipboard space, allowing mess specialists to operate multiple ovens simultaneously for continuous food production. This setup enabled the galley crew to bake a variety of foods and prepare hot meals around the clock.
